5 CHILI BULLET (75% cacao content): This ancient flavour combination is a classic across Central and South America. We use our own dried chili blend and complement it with Mayan forest garden allspice, achiote, and a little Zapotec sea salt. COFFEE CRUNCH (65% cacao content): Fresh-roasted Oaxacan coffee beans embedded in this sweet dark chocolate for a satisfying crunch and extra energy boost! Ingredients: Roasted cacao nibs, raw cane sugar, cacao butter, coffee beans, vanilla pod, sea salt.

DARKNESS (75% cacao content): A beautiful expression of our house-blend of cacao, this classic dark chocolate is one of our simplest. A mid-range dark chocolate, this bar is best for enjoying the pure, full-bodied flavour of our feature cacaos. In celebration, each bar is finished with a whole cacao bean. Ingredients: Roasted cacao nibs, raw cane sugar, cacao butter.

 SINFULLY RAW VANILLA (82% cacao content): A bar of decadent dark chocolate mellowed with whole vanilla pods ground into the bar. We add a crunch with raw, unadulterated cacao nibs are sprinkled on the back. This chocolate is one of our highest cacao percentage bars and has become a crowd favourite. JAGUAR PURE (75% cacao content): Albino cacao (also known as theobroma bicolor) grows in ancient forest gardens of Mexico. Ingredients: Albino cacao, coconut sugar, cacao butter, vanilla pod, achiote, rosita flower, mamey seed, sea salt. Tasting notes: caramel, peanut*, coffee, butterscotch. *No actual peanuts involved! Our Jaguar line, like all our products, are nut-free.

JAGUAR SWIRL (70% cacao content): A beautiful combination of ChocoSol's best selling Vanilla Sea Salt chocolate with our rare and unique albino cacao chocolate hand-swirled into each bar. This bar celebrates both the sweet, classic dark chocolate flavour alongside the light and delicate flavours of Jaguar chocolate. Ingredients: Roasted cacao nibs, albino cacao, raw cane sugar, cacao butter, coconut sugar, rosita de cacao, vanilla, sea salt.

KAKAI & CACAO (65% cacao content): A sweet shoutout to the Ontarian harvests. A light 65% dark chocolate encases heirloom, Ontario-grown kakai pumpkin seeds, freshly roasted in a local maple syrup and sea salt glaze.
